Sunshine, sisterhood, and good vibes all week long. Through Leah’s yoga and philosophy workshops, I left feeling one with my femininity. She carefully chose our surf instructors, ingredients, and daily agendas to create a powerfully intentional retreat - one that has empowered each of us to live the lives we deserve back home. Surf & Shanti has been the catalyst that I so needed to align to the best version of my self, and for that Surf & Shanti will forever live on in my heart.

I could seriously write a book about my experience at the retreat, it healed me in ways I can’t describe. My time at Surf and Shanti was pure magic—filled with love, laughter, joy, sisterhood, and deep renewal. The retreat had a beautiful balance of connection, reflection, and healing that touched my soul in ways I’ll never forget. Leah’s thoughtful schedule and radiant energy created a space where we could truly rest, grow, and shine. I would do this all over again in a heartbeat. So thankful for this experience!

Surf and Shanti was more than I could have imagined…it was pure magic. I remember dreaming the dream of living the life I lived with Surf and Shanti in Costa Rica. Fully aligned. Fully authentic. Full. Surf and Shanti was my cosmic cradling. A reminder to trust the universe. A reminder that nature is the flesh. That divine feminine is the safety I was craving. I don’t know when I forgot how to come back to myself, or when I forgot how expansive I could be, but I’m filled with gratitude that Leah and a group of perfect souls have reminded me.

I had such an amazing experience at the Surf and Shanti retreat. Leah is an incredible soul and she created such a peaceful, welcoming, and powerful space for us to immerse in nature and tend to our wellbeing. I made heartfelt connections that I know will last forever and learned so much from each of the girls. It truly expanded my horizons in so many ways and I am forever grateful for our time together!

This retreat was something I will forever hold close to my heart. Leah has a true gift at facilitating a community of like minded women who come together to just be, love, breathe, nourish, laugh, cry and heal. I left with a whole new sisterhood and a new sense of peace & light.

I can’t really put into words how incredible of an experience this retreat was. It’s so clear this is an extension of Leah’s beautiful heart, her dharma, down to every small detail. It was the perfect week, surrounded by a thoughtfully curated group of soulful women. A perfect recipe for ever lasting sisterhood. I am filled with utmost gratitude for getting to experience these moments, and to Leah all I can say is thank you for holding this space for all of us, from the bottom of my heart!
