WHAT IS SURF & SHANTI

Surf & Shanti was born from both passion and necessity- by me, Leah. My love for surfing and practicing yoga planted the seed, but it was the absence of a space like this that made me create it myself. I couldn’t find a retreat that truly wove together sisterhood, soul, surf, nutrient dense meals, yoga and other heart opening + mind expanding practices…so Surf & Shanti became my vision made real. 

What makes this experience so special is that it’s not just a retreat; it’s a sacred gathering place for women of similar age to return to presence, play, and connect. When women come together in person, something timeless and magical awakens. Surf & Shanti exists for that magic: the kind that can only be felt when we come together.
