Signature Surf & Shanti Retreat

Surf and Shanti was more than I could have imagined…it was pure magic. I came in nervous, unsure of what I needed, and left feeling deeply connected, inspired, and supported by a sisterhood of 17 incredible women. Through movement, nourishment, laughter, tears, and so much love, I came home to myself in ways I didn’t expect. What Leah created was not just a yoga retreat, but a catalyst for transformation that I’ll carry with me long after. My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

I remember dreaming the dream of living the life I lived with Surf and Shanti in Costa Rica. Fully aligned. Fully authentic. Full. Surf and Shanti was my cosmic cradling. A reminder to trust the universe. A reminder that nature is the flesh.
